Jeremy is responsible for an experienced multi-national team based out of Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. Joining RPI UK in 2006, Jeremy partnered with EMEA leaders from Service Providers, System Integrators and Vendors to build program teams for high profile Transformation initiatives. Transferring to Singapore with his family in 2010, Jeremy quickly replicated this success by winning and supporting prestigious Digital Transformation and Network Modernisation programs throughout Asia in addition to building and mentoring high-performing Sales & Delivery teams who continue to provide world-class talent through all of our core services.

Heidi joined RPI in 2015 and is responsible for the management of the company’s systems and technologies and the suppliers who assist in their support and maintenance. Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, Heidi has been integral in the transformation of RPI’s legacy technologies to meet the evolving global technical needs of the business.

Having lived and worked in the UK, Malaysia, China, India and South Africa, and provided staffing services in over 100 Countries, he has a deep knowledge of the intricacy’s and challenges faced by organisations in identifying and retaining top talent.

Chris Baker ANZ & Pacific Regional Director

ANZ & Pacific Regional Director

Chris has worked for RPI for over 20 years and is based in Auckland, New Zealand. As the Regional Director for ANZ & Pacific, Chris focuses on providing strategic partnership to RPI’s clients in the region. Chris has worked in nearly all of RPI's offices globally starting in the UK, moving to Asia where he established RPI’s Singapore office in 2007, guiding the expansion of the business across the region with the creation of hub offices in Sydney, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur. He then operated from Dubai, with a global remit focusing on senior leadership recruitment for the telecommunications industry before moving to New Zealand in 2010.
