Dean has spent the last 15 years recruiting for the Telecoms and Emerging Technology markets across the globe. Having lived and worked in the UK, Malaysia, China, India and South Africa, and provided staffing services in over 100 Countries, he has a deep knowledge of the intricacy’s and challenges faced by organisations in identifying and retaining top talent.
Chris has worked for RPI for over 20 years and is based in Auckland, New Zealand. As the Regional Director for ANZ & Pacific, Chris focuses on providing strategic partnership to RPI’s clients in the region. Chris has worked in nearly all of RPI's offices globally starting in the UK, moving to Asia where he established RPI’s Singapore office in 2007, guiding the expansion of the business across the region with the creation of hub offices in Sydney, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur. He then operated from Dubai, with a global remit focusing on senior leadership recruitment for the telecommunications industry before moving to New Zealand in 2010.
