Richard is a highly determined and driven sales professional with a focus on delivery and customer service. With 7 years of work experience in sales environments, the last 5 years have been spent in contract recruitment, specializing mainly in the telecommunication sector.

Richard has been in the Middle East since 2009, lived in Saudi Arabia and UAE, and has been focused on recruitment and staff outsourcing services to telecommunications clients such as Huawei, NSN, Ericsson, Du, Alcatel-Lucent, and STC amongst others.

He personally grew a contract account with Huawei from nothing to over 150 consultants, and worked in a 360°role which included not only the technical recruitment, but also the man management, finance and payroll, client facing sales, negotiations (client and consultants), tenders and visa processing.

He has placed a wide range of telecoms professionals across the region, from engineer level up to director level across a wide range of technologies, and has a sound knowledge of Middle East laborlaws, VISA processes/requirements and contract processes.
