Senior Account Consultant
As part of the RPI Project Solutions team, Amy Li is an expert in swiftly identifying specialist local and international resources for some of RPI’s most prestigious ICT clients throughout APAC. Since starting with RPI in 2008 Amy has been fundamental in ensuring that her client’s projects are successful. Culturally sensitive, Amy excels in finding the right candidate for the right role, including technical and functional experts, for example: Project Directors, Digital Transformation Experts, Project and PMO Managers, Commercial Managers, SMEs and Business Analysts.
One of Amy’s highlights at RPI was partnering with a major Telecoms Service Provider and identifying 60 Senior Project Resources in less than 12 months. She is also 5 times winner of RPI annual Honors Club that’s awarded to RPI’s top performers.
With a Bachelor degree of Computer Science from National University of Singapore, Amy has been working within the IT & T recruitment industry since 2004. She has a very hands-on approach to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle and is a huge asset to the RPI Project Solutions team where she is often responsible for mentoring and teaching new team members on best practice research and delivery methods. Amy is also fluent in English and Mandarin.

Andrew has 18 Years of IT Sales and Executive Search experience, all in the telecommunications and technology industries, having lived and worked in New York, Tokyo, London, and Dubai. Andrew leads our MEA Telecoms Executive Search team in Dubai, working primarily with telecoms operators to build their CxO leadership teams and help them attract difficult to find skill sets into and around the region. He has completed many searches for both Commercial and Technical functions. Andrew has 16 years of executive search experience, having started his search career in Tokyo, working with western technology companies looking for leadership for local operations. His prior search experience includes nine years in Japan, two years in London, and he joined our Dubai office in 2014. Andrew has a degree in Business, Management Information Systems from Ohio University. When he’s not engaged with the Telecoms operators, he can be found on the beach in Dubai with his wife and two young boys.

Regional Director, ANZ & Pacific
As the Regional Director for ANZ and the Pacific, Chris focuses on providing strategic partnership to RPI’s clients in the region. Since relocating to New Zealand Chris has continued to work with clients in the Telecommunications and Broadcast Media sectors but has also developed a client base in the Electricity sector working with Generation, Distribution and Retail clients.
Chris previously served as Managing Director, APAC where he established RPI’s Singapore office in 2007 and guided the expansion of the business across the region with the creation of hub offices in Sydney, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.
He then operated from Dubai, with a global remit focussing on senior leadership recruitment for the telecommunications industry.
Chris is another farming headhunter, living with his family on a small farm in NZ with an assortment of livestock and fruit trees. He is a keen Mountain Biker & Hockey Player and can generally be found hurtling down a downhill trail or dragging his ageing joints around an Astro Turf pitch.
Senior Consultant - Project Solutions
Chris began his Recruitment journey back in 2012 where he was based out of Düsseldorf, Germany. Here he spearheaded the technical recruitment towards major IT & Telecom clients. In early 2016 he made the migration to RPIs Singapore oﬃce as a Consultant. This saw him partnering with market leading clients in the Technology sector across South East Asia & Asia Paciﬁc (ASEAN/APAC/ANZ) to help them reach their digitalisation and transformative agendas. Fast forward to August 2018 and Chris has repatriated back to life in the UK as a Senior Consultant overseeing the European & CIS market. His role sees him functioning within RPI’s Business Transformation team assisting technology companies to transform towards the inevitable Industry 4.0.
Chris’s passions outside of work stem from the music and graphic design industry. As a part time DJ he has performed at festivals across Australia, Singapore & Europe.

Dominic Da Costa

Coming from a technical background and qualified with an MSci – Master’s degree in Physics from UCL in London, Dominic is able to demonstrate a high level of technical understanding within the markets that he operates. After Graduating from University, Dominic started his recruitment career in London before spending 3 years in Saudi Arabia, 4 years in Dubai and most recently over 3 years in Singapore.
All of Dominic’s recruitment experience has been successfully winning new business and supporting new customers within the Telecom & IT Markets. Dominic works with the Telecom Operators, Network Vendors, System Integrators, BSS Vendors, Management Consultancies and smaller Digital services companies mostly focused on Telco & Technology Markets.
He mostly supports Chief Information Officers CIOs, Chief Technology officers CTOs, Chief Digital Officers CDOs and Chief Marketing Officers CMOs on project related staffing & recruitment needs.
Dominic has successfully placed over 215 people over the last 4 years since relocating to Singapore and has placed over 250 people since joining RP International 5 years ago.
Associate Consultant - Project Solutions
When between customer sites and the office, Edward can be found playing rugby. He captains the 3rd XV at his club. There are many similarities between recruitment and rugby which have helped him excel in both. He has developed the ability to think clearly whilst under pressure to deliver results.

Geraldine is a Psychology graduate with over 10 years’ in recruitment specializing in Telecoms and Aviation. For the last six years’ she has been living and working in Dubai carrying out recruitment assignments across the region for a range of Telecoms operators, technology vendors and consultancies.

Hershey has been living UAE for almost 4 years and started her career as a Junior Researcher in a leading Job Board in MENA. A Nurse by profession, she found herself effectively working in the Recruitment Industry. With the intensive training in her resourcing/researching skills, she was successfully managed to build the researching team in her previous company within 14 territories.
Her most recent focus in RPI is in the Aviation Industry across MENA working closely with Emirates Airlines. This has been accomplished due to Hershey’s capability in finding diverse talents across the globe.
Consultant - IT & Technology Transformations
Hugh has been with the business for over 2 years, specialising in placing highly skilled technology professionals into major transformation programmes across the UK & Europe. Hugh was a key part of a retained campaign with a major British automotive company earlier this year, where he was responsible for benchmarking salaries, determining the new site location and networking with the best local talent, acting as an ambassador for the organisation whilst living and working onsite.
This summer, Hugh was selected to represent a Global leader in the out-of-home advertising space, specifically by supporting an initiative to increase the number of women in technology leadership roles. He is passionate about addressing inequity in the workplace and maintains close connections with directors from the WITT (Women in Technology & Telecommunications) network. The WITT network is 1500 women strong and holds monthly events to educate, share experiences, and provide solutions for women in the tech space. The number of women in technology remains at only 17% across the UK and Hugh is continuing to partner with several clients to change this.

Jean-Pierre Le Roux
Jean-Pierre has been working in a research capacity within the RP International organisation since 2011 and during this time he has developed strong domain knowledge of the Telecoms industry through his support of numerous successful searches for senior executive talent for both group level and individual operator positions.
He has worked on retained assignments, contingent searches, and also interim executive positions covering the various silos of a telecoms operator including General Management, Commercial, Technical, IT, Finance and Procurement. Jean Pierre is known within the organisation for rigorously applying a systematic approach to his searches ensuring each process reaches a successful conclusion and the ideal candidate is identified. He has the ability to be able to dig in and attract talent and qualify / guide them through complex package negotiations to save client time and ensure best chance of success in hiring process etc.
Jean-Pierre has a Diploma in Advertising Management from Varsity College in South Africa. His professional working experience began as a Trade Marketing Executive working with international brands in South Africa. He held the Trade Marketing role for over three years’ before deciding to relocate to Dubai in order to join the RP International organisation.
Regional Director, Asia
As Regional Director of RP International Asia, Jeremy is responsible for an experienced multi-national team based out of Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. As a member of the senior management team Jeremy believes in leading from the front continuing to win business for his team as well as working closely with his existing client base striving to deliver on the group’s vision; ‘to be the partner of choice for leaders who drive transformation globally.’
Joining RPI UK in 2006, Jeremy partnered with EMEA leaders from Service Providers, System Integrators and Vendors to build program teams for high profile Transformation initiatives. Transferring to Singapore with his family in 2010, Jeremy quickly replicated this success by winning and supporting prestigious Digital Transformation and Network Modernisation programs in addition to building and mentoring high-performing Sales & Delivery teams who continue to provide world-class talent across all three core service areas.

John specialises in the provision of Telecoms, digital & enterprise IT professionals in support of major delivery programmes, including start up’s, Greenfield implementations, integrations, managed services and business consulting.
Engaging at executive and management level with multinational clients including, operators, integrators, vendors and consulting firms, John has deployed expert consultants and teams of resources to both start-up operations and complex transformation projects worldwide.
With more than 20 years’ technology and Telecoms staffing experience, his unique knowledge of moving resources across Europe, North / Sub Saharan Africa and Latin America affords John a strong cultural awareness and extensive knowledge of compliance, logistics and taxation.
John has earned an excellent reputation within the Telecoms community and as Managing Consultant, part of RP International’s digital project consulting division. John has successfully grown and spearheaded the International BSS Product team which concentrates on converged / digital OSS and BSS applications.

Managing Client Partner EMEA
John’s accomplishments in sourcing, selecting, and embedding transformative executives, who fit, grow, deliver and stay are well reputed. John is well known for his work leading the global talent acquisition and leadership development at Etisalat Group. In this role, he hired Chief Officers into all of Etisalat’s operations across Asia, Africa and Middle East. He also grew the group team, building from scratch the group digital, finance, commercial, legal, regulatory and performance management teams and making strategically important hires into other functions. In addition, he led Leadership Development, succession planning and talent assessment across the global footprint. Prior to Etisalat he spent a decade in executive search with notable firms including RPI. John has published articles on the technology sector and is a judging panel member for the 2017 and 2018 CommsMea Telecoms Awards. John re-joined RPI in 2018 from a global top 10 executive search firm, where he headed up TMT across the MEA Region.
John holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Modern Languages from the University of Sheffield and an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire. He is certified as an Assessor by the British Psychological Society and the European Federation of Psychologists. He has also completed executive education programmes at Ashridge Business School and Wharton.
Jonny is an experienced Senior Consultant within the Architecture Practice, who brings knowledge and experience across multiple sectors such as Automotive, Retail and Government. Jonny has worked with a number of organisations within the FTSE 100 to support the development of their Architecture function with positions varying from Solution Architect to Head of Architecture.

Born in the UK, partially raised in Asia, Julian started in recruitment addressing the IT needs of major banks immediately after he graduated from Liverpool University.
He founded RP International with his partners in 1998 and having been instrumental in RPI’s expansion across Latam, Europe and AsiaPac he relocated to Dubai in 2009 to diversify and transform the MEA operations and has been the regional CEO since then.
Julian has steered RPI and its MEA clients through ever-changing and complex regional issues. He works hard to understand the prevailing geopolitical issues and diverse cultures as MEA countries adopt digital strategies to transform their economies and enhance the emerging regional talent. He stops at nothing to provide his clients and candidates with an accurate understanding of the regional commercial landscape. This has included throwing himself out of a plane and free falling from 13000 ft above Dubai just to take a birds-eye holistic view.

As a Researcher of RPI, Kacey is based in New Zealand and is responsible for supporting the Regional Director, APAC on the executions of assignments across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Kacey joined RPI in 2017 shortly after relocating from the US. She has supported numerous successful executive-level assignments across the Asia Pacific region.
Kacey received a BA in Digital Media in 2010 from the University of Colorado and since joining RPI has successfully supported Chris Baker on many executive assignments throughout the APAC region.
Lorenzo has over 5 years of hands-on recruitment and business development experience working in sectors like Oil and Gas, IT, Aviation and now in Telecommunications in both Contract and Permanent segments. Lorenzo has a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from a tier 2 B – school in Mumbai and has a flair for writing and copywriting articles related to researched industries.

Mike has worked in the ICT recruitment business for 25 years and has developed an extensive international network of technology professionals through his time living and working in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the US.
He is a Client Partner at RP International overseeing several high profile accounts which involves working alongside the client in order to gain in-depth knowledge of their business strategy, operational structure and cultural values; thus providing creative and workable solutions to today’s talent finding challenges.
Currently based in London, Mike is working with the telco operators, vendors and system integrators throughout Europe and Eurasia. He is an experienced, credible, knowledgeable resource adviser providing C-Suite Executives, Programme Leadership, Project Management, and technical Subject Matter Experts enabling organisations to progress through their transformational journeys.

Account Manager – Technology Recruitment
Monica has specialised skillsets in Digital Technology and Human Talent acquisition solely in the Banking and Financial Services sectors. During her 12+year career post university, she has gained extensive experience of head hunting for senior leadership roles in both industry and technology. Holds the extensive experience of working for fortune clients based in India, Middle East (UAE, Qatar, and Oman), Africa (Kenya) and Asia Pacific (Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Hong Kong). Starting her career as Human resource manager, Monica subsequently broadened her personal value proposition to encompass leadership, sales and business development.
She is an MBA graduate from the Premier business schools of India with a human science background.
Account Consultant - Project Solutions
Mothi’s passion towards technology recruitment comes from his Mechanical engineering degree and his keen interest on learning advanced technologies. He began his recruitment journey in 2010 where he was based at Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore. He led a team of recruiters supporting technical recruitment for leading eCommerce companies, Banks & Fortune 500 enterprises.
In late 2013, he moved to Doha, Qatar to be the in-house recruiter for Vodafone supporting them on both technical and non-technical recruitment. This gave him a deep insight on needs of a customer from an internal stand point. He then moved to Singapore in mid-2015 and started working for RPI Singapore office. This move had him partnering with leading technology companies, telecom operators across Asia Pacific region. He is responsible for the research and delivery to RPI’s APAC clients.
His clients see him as a partner than a technical recruiter! He is also an avid photographer with interest in portraits and landscapes.
Niel joins RPI in 2014 to be part of Dubai Telco Team as a Researcher. He brings with him his 12 years of working experiences, including 8 years in the UAE Market. He spends 2.5 years in banking recruitment and been instrumental in placing notable C level roles, among others with highlights on GCC nationalization recruitment campaign drives (Saudian, Omani and Emirati).
Niel holds a degree in Computer Science from University of the Philippines and supports contract and permanent positions across telecommunications & aviation domains in Middle East and Africa.
For the past 3 years, Niel has placed notable digital transformation professionals that spearhead the implementation of ecommerce platforms including but not limited to SAP Hybris, Oracle ATG, Mulesoft among others, as well as other software platforms and life cycle development technologies & methodologies such as GE Predix, DevOps, DevSecOps, Agile/Scrum, MS Dynamics AX and EPIC.

He spent his first 12 years with a large, listed, international corporate, initially specialising in Investment Banking Technology, providing institutions with the senior interim talent to drive transformation.
In the last 10 years Rory has gained significant exposure to other industry sectors, notably within Oil & Gas and the broader energy markets across EMEA and North America. Sam joined the business in May 2018 to head-up our London Practice after spending 5 years establishing the UK Technology arm of an S&P 500 listed, Global staffing firm. With a BSc in Psychology and an MA in HR Vera has been working within international executive search since 2008.
