Our client is one of Singapore’s largest mobile operators. We have been providing resources to this APAC Operator on a permanent basis since 2007. In 2011 we were selected to be a supplier of ‘extendable workforce solutions and staff augmentation’ based on our track record with the client and our reputation as a provider of flexible resource solutions in the Asia Pacific region.

The client required resources for the ‘insourcing’ of their billing and CRM activities and RPI was able to respond to their requirements rapidly. By drawing on our outstanding candidate network, within six months we deployed 30 subject matter experts, including Architects, Developers, Testers and System Analysts.

RPI’s track record in resourcing billing and CRM projects around the globe was instrumental to our success in supporting the client. Our multi-national team enabled us to identify a range of international resources and successfully place them in Singapore on a fully compliant basis.

We continue to work with the client both on this project and in the provision of permanent and contract candidates for other areas of the business.
