In pursuit of their vision to be a New Generation Digital Champion by 2020, they position themselves as an innovative software service provider, offering telco focused digital and IT services and solutions. With over 400 professionals spread across 6 countries, our client helps global customers in the space of telecommunications, digital services & financial services. Converging digital design experiences, innovative platforms and reusable assets connect numerous technologies to deliver tangible business value and experience to its customers.

A key customer for our client in Malaysia had certain requirements and, as such, they needed to rapidly expand their team in order to support with the growing demand given to them by their customer.

Their scope included the development, maintenance & integration of all portals including corporate, ecommerce etc while also covering BSS, Big Data, Analytics and Testing.

RP International successfully supported them, rapidly mobilising 20 resources into the local team with expertise in BSS, Testing, Magento Development, React Native Development, Big Data Architects and UI UX Development. RPI sourced, screened and technically assessed all potential candidates, following up with 3rd party references when appropriate. 50% of the people that we placed were local Malaysian nationals, the other 50% were from overseas. RPI was responsible for locally employing the resources, covering payroll, income tax and all employee benefits according to local Malaysian labour law and we provided them to or client on 2 year extendable assignments.
