Our specialist knowledge and network within the BSS/OSS/Digital transformation ecosystem enabled us to become a trusted and valued partner by identifying and headhunting seasoned Sales and Delivery executives. These individuals, all possessing a proven track record of winning large, complex & valuable deals with Tier 1 Telco operators, materially influenced our client’s position as a market leader within the Digital Transformation landscape.

They enlisted our support to headhunt a handful of senior executives for geographies across the UK, Europe and AsiaPac. These hires were deemed to be of critical and strategic significance with a mandate to build and grow customer loyalty and satisfaction. The added challenge was to identify experienced leaders with exceptional gravitas, who were culturally adaptable. They needed to be proven relationship builders with tangible previous successes in growing revenues within a heavily competitive market.
