Our client provides a full suite of connected solutions (Digital Asset Management, Traffic Management, Media Automation, Data Analytics) for brands, creative agencies, production houses and media owners.
They were looking for a Digital Transformation Lead who was responsible for long-term retention and growth of major accounts through defining strategic roadmap for customer digital transformation using their products and services, and external service providers. As the position was based in Los Angeles, the challenge was to find a candidate who had experience in the media & entertainment industry; specific to LA. Our client had worked with local LA recruitment firms who had failed to deliver.
Working closely with the client in London, RPI was able to identify candidates and then network with technology experts in the media & entertainment sector who were able to advise and make introductions.
