Our client is an innovative payment solutions company with a footprint extending over 55 countries across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. They are the largest acquirer in MEA, servicing over 70,000 merchants, supporting more than 200 financial institutions in the region, have over 1200 payment experts located in offices across 8 countries and process over 800 million transactions annually.
Our client held RPI on retainer to source key permanent and contractor experts for business development. RPI was able to leverage deep regional knowledge and footprint thanks to our strategic office location in Dubai. This means that we have consultants’ focusing purely on the Middle Eastern market, enabling not just a fulfilling of the job spec for our client, but also enabling a sound culture fit within an MEA company. RPI supplied an interim CHRO which produced continuity for the client during their process of transformation but also after the transformation as our relationship with the interim CHRO meant we made numerous permanent placements who added value for the client long after the transformation had been finished.
