Financial Services IT Transformation
Our client is the second-largest bank in Austria, as well as in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, specialising in corporate, investment and commercial banking. 14 markets in the region are covered by their subsidiary banks. Additionally, the group is comprised of numerous other FS providers, in sectors which include leasing, asset management as well as M&A. In total, 50,000 employees serve 16.5 million customers through more than 2,400 business outlets. RPI was tasked with sourcing several vastly different roles for them across numerous locations.
One placement was that of a Data Migration expert with Finacle experience at Europe. This was part of a major IT Transformation program involving the implementation of two major company. RPI also headhunted 2 Business Analysts with deep experience in GAP and IFRS.
RPI also placed a Java/AquaLogic Service Bus Architect, as well as a Java Developer, to work on the development of a lending system. An Oracle SQL Developer was placed on this project too. These candidates were locally sourced which minimised the costs for the client in addition to providing a sound culture fit.
RPI provided a specialist consultant who made regular visits onsite, enabling him not only to gain greater clarity on the requirements but also to monitor the progress of the contractors. It also helped to establish a relationship with the Head of International Strategy and the Managing Director of International Operations and IT, which meant we could closely support our client swiftly as and when they needed requirements.
