Our client is a domain name registry founded over 20 years ago. Today they are diversifying their business based on client demand and entering the cyber security software arena with best of breed DNS threat detection and mitigation security software, securing internet infrastructure for the enterprise.
Continually researching the Cyber Security market, it became clear that our capability matched their growth plans and we began to support their business.
Our first assignment was to identify a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive for the UK sales team to report directly to the VP Sales EMEA. With a fairly niche solution focused on DNS traffic, we helped craft the ideal profile which focused on having a broad range of security software solutions knowledge, which would allow for our clients niche solution to be properly articulated, and therefore successfully positioned within any complex enterprise environment.
With our extensive experience, knowledge, and network in the cyber security industry, we knew exactly how and what to look for when unearthing individuals of this pedigree. After 7 days of searching, we delivered a shortlist of 5 candidates, 3 of whom were progressed to interview, 2 of whom were selected for a final stage presentation resulting in a successful offer and placement into their UK sales team.
Subsequently, we have been tasked with sourcing 4 more security software sales specialists both in the UK and the US, as well as a Global Sales Manager.
