Digital Transformation Case Study

Our client is the world’s leading out-of-home advertising company, employing 6000 people across 28 countries and generating over $1.6bn in revenue. The organisation is currently undergoing a major digital transformation to drive continuous delivery of change and integration of cutting-edge technology and advertisement.

We partnered with our client to find an experienced Quality Assurance Manager role who had expertise on end to end quality assurance through re-engineering and automation, experience with contemporary testing frameworks and application lifecycle management tools, as well as experience in agile methodology. One of the important criterias was that the person had the ability to lead technical and non-technical teams through transformation initiatives, maturity development initiatives, and in new product development. The second criteria was the candidate was female as they were under going an initiative to increase the number of women in their STEM positions. RP International was able to deliver on both requirements and sourced a female consultant who is now driving the digital transformation using agile methodologies.
