Responsible for driving capability delivery teams to deliver the following capability :
- Next Generation Customer Care CRM and Ordering
- Real Time Convergent Charging and Billing
- Integrated Digital Portals and Channels
- End to End Business IT Configuration
Works closely with Technology Transformation Delivery Lead and vendor capability delivery team leads responsible for application delivery for the above workstreams.
Is responsible for and manages the end to end delivery of the capability working with business team leads to drive the business enablers in the technology capability delivery streams.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA
Define, create and execute the plans for the capability delivery streams to deliver the defined scope of the technology and business requirements
Provide leadership and direction to all capability delivery streams, working with vendor, technology owners and business counterparts to deliver capability and end to end business configuration:
Defines and recommends the capability release strategies together with technology transformation team leads
Resolves design conflicts together with business capability and process owners and drives implementation with vendor delivery teams
Accountable for ensuring capability work stream deliverables are met on time, budget, and quality
Delivers required reporting to program progress meetings on capability progress and delivery issues
Communicates with and presents to all working levels of the technology capability on end to end capability
Provides guidance and oversight to vendor activities including reviewing and aligning/approving their capability delivery plans. Supports to ensures vendor contractual accountabilities are met from a technology perspective
Manages capability delivery and product delivery escalations from technology teams and vendors
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCES
Specialised in: Computer Science (preferred)
Total Work Experience: 11 to 15 years
Total Relevant Experience: 7 to 10 years
Skills / Knowledge
Previous successful BSS transformation experience in a senior technical leadership capacity.
Experienced in the latest BSS technologies including digital front-ends (apps, portals) and in driving technology delivery and business IT transformation and delivery projects critical.
The position requires a strong end to end technical as well as business person with a passion and results driven orientation to drive capability delivery, managing variety of business requirements, and vendor capabilities and a strong communicator to liase with existing business and IT teams.
