Steve Lovelace | Chairman
Steve has over 30 years of professional services and recruitment experience with Parity plc and Hays.
During 12 years at Parity, 10 as UK Sales Director, Steve guided the business to become the largest IT contract recruitment agency in the UK.
As Chairman of RP International, Steve provides the Board with direction and strategic input. He is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of integrity and professionalism are met and that the skills of the Board are adequate to address the company’s business needs.
Stuart Wilson | Chief Executive Officer
A founding Director of RP International, Stuart has two decade’s experience of recruiting executive-level technology and telecoms resources for global organisations.
As CEO he plays a consultative and facilitative role for global telecoms and technology groups worldwide and spearheads our work in emerging markets and technologies.
Stuart has worked at two major international recruitment organisations (Parity plc and PSD Group plc) where he headed their respective telecommunications divisions.
He has an MBA from City University, UK.
Steve Wright | Group Finance Director
Steve has more than two decade's experience in financial leadership roles within the recruitment sector.
As group Finance Director he plays a key strategic role in RP International's development.
Previously he was CFO of Hot Group, a recruitment services business which grew from £1m to £50m revenue before being acquired and he directed the finance function of one of the UK's largest IT recruitment businesses, where he also established its IT services strategy.
Steve is a chartered accountant and qualified with the London office of Ernst & Young.
Julian Frankum | Group Business Development Director
Julian is a founding Director of RP International and has over 20 years experience in telecoms and technology recruitment.
As group Business Development Director, Julian is responsible for board-level assignments in Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, North Africa and the Americas. He maintains an awareness of deregulating and restructuring industry sectors with a view to exploring new opportunities.
Julian has previously worked as the director of the banking and finance recruitment practice of Parity plc, at that time Europe's largest technology recruitment company and at Penna plc where he was responsible for recruiting IT and operations directors for major international institutions.
Chris Baker | Director, Executive Search
As Director, Executive Search Chris Baker focuses on providing strategic partnership to our global clients.
Operating from Dubai, Chris has a global remit with particular focus on senior leadership recruitment for the telecommunications industry.
Chris previously served as Managing Director, APAC where he established our Singapore office in 2007 and guided our expansion across the region with the creation of hub offices in Sydney, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.
Richard Goddard | Managing Director, TMT & Asia Pacific
Richard has been working in recruitment for close to two decades, starting out in the high technology recruitment industry in 1991.
As Managing Director, TMT & Asia Pacific, Richard heads up a global team of specialist recruiters working across mature and emerging technology, media and telecoms markets.
Previously he held a number of senior positions at PSD Group plc where he built up a track record in the start-up and growth of teams in the UK, mainland Europe and Asia.
His personal specialization is in the semiconductor and high tech industry with a strong focus on lighting technologies and the mobile ecosystem.
Justin Birch – Managing Director Contract, Interim & Project Resource
With 15 years experience providing specialist recruitment services to the global telecoms industry, Justin has unrivalled expertise in winning and resourcing network rollout and IT transformation projects.
As Managing Director, Justin oversees a team of specialist contract consultants and plays a strategic role in the implementation of RP International’s contract, interim and turnkey solutions across the Asia Pacific region.
Justin advises clients on complex staffing needs for network start-ups, roll-outs, IT and business process transformation and change with particular focus on OSS/BSS projects.
