We run up to 4 Academies a year at RPI and getting onto one isn’t always easy! Over your interview process you can expect to meet a few faces and be put through your paces. We select the most high-potential candidates who we can see being the next Team Leaders of the business. We have new Academies scheduled for July and September and our current rookies have already seen great success, with an average of £12,500 on the board already by month 3.
