Specialist freelancers drive Asia Pacific growth for MNC

Timely provision of freelance technical and sales staff by RPI enabled a global client to rapidly expand in the Asia Pacific market.

Vodafone Global Enterprise, which provides mobility outsourcing for the 200 largest companies in the world, was keen to develop its business in the Asia Pacific region and had identified Singapore as the ideal hub for growth.

Shortly after his arrival in Singapore, RP International met with the Managing Director of Vodafone Global Enterprises, APAC and was invited to recruit the Head of Managed Services for the new team.

Following the recruitment of this key member of the Singapore operation, Vodafone Global Enterprise proceeded to win several large accounts with multi-national corporations and needed to rapidly ramp up their delivery and commercial capability.

RP International’s understanding of compliance, commercials and logistics enabled Vodafone Global Enterprise to recruit a large number of interim and permanent resourcers to support this growth.

Working to extremely tight deadlines, RP International succeeded in finding resources in a very challenging environment, including largely sourcing talent from within the Asia Pacific region. Example placements include:

The Asia Pacific Vodafone Global Enterprise team has now grown from one to sixty members in the last two years with RP International responsible for at least 50 per cent of this expansion.
