RPI Runners take on the Corporate Challenge
Five athletic RPI Consultants participated in the 2011 JP Morgan Corporate Challenge last week.
This two day event saw 26,000 runners completed a 5.6Km race around Battersea Park.
The RP International team performed very well, coming in 89th overall. Will Selby completed the course in the fastest time (22.46) and 447 overall. The other runners Adrian Haselden (24.12, 884th), Robert Graham-Bryce (24.49, 1,192th), Richard Friar (27.04, 2689th) and Jon Lewis (28.48, 3,879th) all came in the top 4,000 participants.
The event, one of the biggest of its kind in the Capital, raised money for Barnardo’s. Globally the event takes place in 12 locations and benefits a wide range of local charities.
We look forward to fielding a bigger, faster team in 2012. Time to start training!
