Celebrating achievement: Three Promotions in Aug

Congratulations to the three RP International (RPI) employees who were promoted at the beginning of August in recognition of their outstanding performance and hard work.

Dean Armstrong (Sydney) and Tim Khoo-Jones (Singapore) were both promoted to Principal Consultant and Amy Li (Singapore) became a Senior Resourcer.

In addition to exceeding his performance targets, Dean was also commended for his hard work in setting up the RPI Sydney office. Tim has grown the Financial Services Technology (FST) Practice rapidly over the last twelve months and also played a key role in the establishment of an FST presence in Hong Kong. Amy is an exceedingly hard working Resourcer who plays a key role in supporting the APAC OSS/BSS and IT Team.

At the beginning of the 2010, RP International implemented a comprehensive performance management programme which makes career progression clear and equitable across the organisation.
