Amy Li has been with RP International (RPI) for four years working first as a Resourcer and, since a promotion, as a Consultant in our Singapore office.

Amy joined our Telecoms team in 2008, moving across from a local IT recruitment firm. She was eager to work for an international company and wanted to gain experience with executive placements. For Amy the supportive team environment has been central to her success in the role.

Amy has the following to say about RPI.

“It has been a great place to work. Even though I knew nothing about telecoms when I started, my line manager has given me 100 per cent support and helped me to develop knowledge and understanding.

"I am most interested in the account management side and have been allowed to develop my skills in this area. I am now closely involved in handling relationships with some big clients and look forward to taking on more responsibility.”
